My name is Brenna and I started Brenna Christine Photography in February of 2023! I've always had photography as a hobby of mine, but didn't turn it into business until recently. I've done sports and landscape photography, but I now specialize in storytelling through portraits! I love the ability to connect with people while I'm taking pictures, as well as getting to share their stories.

Fun facts about me!

I come from a military family, so I had the unique experience of being born and raised in Germany, where we lived for 10 years, before moving to Japan for 12 years. Growing up in different parts of the world fueled my love for travel, and I'm always up for exploring new places! I recently graduated from Boise State with a degree in German Secondary Education, and my dream is to teach German. One of the highlights of my life was volunteering at the Tokyo Summer 2020 Olympics — an experience I’ll never forget! Aside from photography, I’m passionate about arts and crafts, which serve as a creative outlet for me.

I am a HUGE tea person! I love me some honey lemon, and black tea with creamer, but I'm also on a mission to find the best Chai Tea Latte in the Treasure Valley. I love the idea of dressing up and having a tea party with my friends!

My favorite music to listen to always changes between country, folk & acoustic, and pop, BUT I always go back to my absolute favorite: classic rock! The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Queen, and Pink Floyd are some of my favorites.

I have two kitty cats: Olive and Nala! They are basically my fur babies and I can't imagine life without them. Nala is from Japan and Olive is from Boise! Fun fact about them, they came to us with their names already picked out!
